Awesome. I love the complete control the guys had over the girl, and how they used it to blow off just a little steam. It would be good to read more of the vicodin adventures of the carpet cleaners.

First of all don't agree with earlier comments except that John should never have started with Jess again.
Neither did his family. It readily became apparent that he kept his growing marital discord secret from his parents. He worked a lot, but he disappeared from the banker happy hour scene I had cultivated before their marriage.
And the PI found out why. James had developed a decent pill habit. When the Oxycontin became harder to get, he turned to Vicodin. He was nodding off more days than not, and it really had him divorced from reality. My hope is that it would soon have him divorced from Kat, too. Maybe my assumption of a messy breakup would be wrong.
This story seems more about deceit than hedonisme. Although it's definitely wrong of James to not tell about his low sperm count, Kat's behaviour is ofcourse far more hideous. Honestly I don't see him as the bad guy, and fucking a wife of someone who is a true asshole is much more satisfying in my opinion.

It would have been better to vacate the premises in that situation, hire some people to eradicatie anything Jess related and never have contact with her again. Honesty and transparency were made very clear and given their lifestyle it's essential and shouldn't be hard to follow especially given their past. But I bet they are going to patch things up and she will continue and increase her relentless scheming even more behind his back and it will only become so much worse. It would be a shame to see that happen but I'm inclined to think that it will be the direction the story will go. John the cuckold, not my type of story for the main character.
